Oftentimes when we are in a chronic overwhelm cycle, we feel like something is wrong with us; we blame ourselves for being broken, inadequate, or not disciplined enough. 

I’m here to tell you that you are not broken. In this workshop we’ll explore reflections, education on the mind-body-spirit connection, and tools to remind that you are not a problem that needs fixing and empower you to think about your well-being in a way that doesn’t cause even more overwhelm and stress.

I’m a trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist and coach. 

I’ve dedicated the last decade of my life finding and learning how to live a life full of intention, meaning, and joy. With Masters degrees in both Integrative Health and Counseling Psychology, and dozens of trainings including Somatic Experiencing, 800-hour breathwork training, and kundalini yoga teacher training, I believe the answers we seek are within us, waiting to be uncovered. I combine my eclectic knowledge across disciplines to support my clients through trauma, burnout, anxiety, and depression.
