GENERAL PROVISIONS

I understand that kundalini and breathwork can bring up unexpected emotions. I agree that if i have any of the following conditions then I will let the facilitator (Eliza) know before the first session:Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or psychosis, unmanaged PTSD, epilepsy, acute heart conditions, COPD or pre-existing lung conditions, delicate pregnancy, unmanaged high blood pressure (or very low BP with fainting history), severe asthma, glaucoma and/or detached retina, or recent major surgery.

I also understand that even though I have been accepted to participate in this challenge, I am fully responsible for any consequence resulting from this kundalini practice. Eliza Butler/Eliza B.Well is not a substitute for consulting with your medical physician, GP, or medical care provider. In the event of known medical conditions, I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition (physical, mental, or emotional) that could interfere with my judgment, or affect my health in any way during or after the kundalini challenge.I have read this waiver and confirm that I take full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing.

I understand that any educational resources and workshops are not intended to be a substitute for psychotherapy or any mental health support.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if We have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify You of Our correction and to allow You to take the most appropriate action in the event of such a correction or mistake.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. REVOCATION​ ​OF​ ​ACCESS
